    I was just wondering what you guys' preferences were! Just wanna see what the people think.

    I would NEVER use soy being a male (plant estrogen)
    I absolutely love and prefer 100% pure why isolate.

    Soy lowers testosterone
    Whey is the best for post workout/ all day (specifically whey isolates)
    Casein is a nighttime protein with a long digestion time

    Whey is the most anabolic .
    Casein and soy are equally shitty, where anabolic effect is concerned.

    It wont help you with fat loss, and if you are getting enough protein from your DIET you don't need it at all!
