Creatine and the Proper way to use it.

So can creatine be taken indefinitely? I've never really gotten into it, but people swear by it. i'm going to make it a daily use thing as long as i'm working out almost daily.

i also read creatine use when cycling test and a 19 nor is pointless.

anyone hear take it on the reg? i'm currently using Creatine HCL. it'll be in my morning shakes from this point indefinitely.

Yes, I've watched a few reviews favoring monohydrate over HCL. i think the reviews are mixed, but i'm considering switching after i get through this HCL. Can you tell me why you prefer monohydrate?

You can get results with creatine while ON cycle with things like TEST and 19NOR's. CREATINE and AAS work very differently from one another.

So far I’ve found the best way to take it is in my intra workout shake (Consists of 76 grams of dextrose, 6 grams of L-citruline, 5g creatine monohydrate, and 2 grams of glycerol) which I start sipping on about about 20 minutes post injection of 10ius of Novolin R. Probably drink the whole thing over the course of the next 20-30 minutes.

The insulin combined with your blood flow from lifting pushes it all right into the muscles.

I’d say the second best time to take it would be post workout.

insight! thank you! might as well call that an SOP (standard operating procedure)

what brand of dextrose do you prefer?
also, how about glycerol?i'm not seeing that some of the places i buy online, but i see plenty on amazon.

L-citruline increases blood flow through Nitric Oxide. Is the secondary effect you're shooting for to send nutrients places faster?
-Why not use L-arginine? I take L-arginine once a day for something else.

I don’t imagine it matters all that much. I just use the “nutri-cost” stuff you can get on Amazon. A ten pound tub is dirt ass cheap. Same for L-Citrulline, which I prefer over Arganine because your kidneys converts citrulline into arganine anyway, but the absorption rate of arganine is rather poor. As for glycerol the “bulk supplement” brand sucks, and doesn’t dissolve it water worth a shit. Make sure you get a micro blend, or you’re gonna have to deal with the shitty taste.

    I am no doctor...

    I found this....

Moreover, even small alterations of plasma concentrations of the thyroid hormones indicate that creatine supplementation might influence thyroid metabolism.

    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/art...d%20metabolism.

I think, or should I say guess, it means....

Creatine affects how you metabolize your T4 and T3.
Since they are trying to figure out what level of meds you should be on...
Your endo wants you to avoid something that will affect those meds.

Well then it could be because creatine raises your creatinine levels.

    https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1527...ne%20clearance.

My creatinine levels are always above range. I believe heavy exercise also raises it.
However, my endo has never been concerned.

Even endo’s don’t agree. Yeah- creatinine is usually high for me too.
