ripped fuel will it make me sweat alot? also i want to gain muscle such as in arms and upper chest and abs but i have some fat on my stomach i want to get rid of. so should i go with creatine or ripped fuel. i was thinking the ripped fuel would help with the fat on the stomach. im 17 would ripped fuel be safe? im not gonna jumip right into the recommended dose on the bottle im gonna start out slow if i do take ripped fuel what would be a good dose? so should i take ripped fuel or creatine

i dont know much about ripped fuel, but creatine is mostly used for gaining weight. if u want to lose that "fat on ur stomach" then my best recomendation would be CARDIO, in the morning on an empty stomach, 3x's/wk!

i did ripped fuel when i was 17
i didnt get any negative effects
but brotha juss clean your diet and do cardio and you'll be fine.
i use creatine when cutting just to keep my strenght up, i dont use it for the weight gain, the intramuscular water retention is just a side effect of the stuff.but personally i find it to be a good tool for retaining strenght or even increasing it while dieting down

Ripped fuel (along with any ECA stack) will make you sweat like no other!! It is a metabolic enhancer, meaning your body starts working in overdrive and your temperature will rise, and no Deo or anti persperant can contain the sweat...But on a lighter note I stronly recommend it as long as you follow the directions fully and dont over do it...good luck
