    Total Supplement noob needs help

Hello all before I get search functioned to death Id like to say that I could not find any similar scenarios to mine. So Basically I have been working on getting back into shape I've gone from 220lbs to 198lbs in the course of about three weeks with change in diet and a lot of exercise. My weekly routine is as follows

    M: 1 hour of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / Run 2 miles at 6.5 MPh

    T: P 90x Chest and back / Run 4 miles at 6.5 Mph

    W: 1 hour of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / Run 2 miles at 6.5 MPh

    T: P 90x Arms and Shoulders / Run 4 miles at 6.5 Mph

F: 1 hour Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu

    S: Run 4 miles at 6.5 Mph

    S: Rest

It is a lot of Cardio I know but this is the routine I enjoy. I would like to know if there is any supplements that would work out for me and help burn fat while also building muscle?
If you read this far thank you, and have a good day.

    Glutamine
    Arginine

Thanks for the reply been reading up some more and looks like Glutamine, BCAA's and fish oil would be a good starting point

Yeh. Bcaas r must. . L-Citrulline get that blood flowing and L-arginine as a combo. I just take 3gs citrl b4 wo. But u can add 5gs arg too. And good old strong bulk coffee. ;-)
Apart from that. Go diet section. Flash ur stats. Give em a break sown of daily nutrients n macros if possible n they pick it apart for u.
