    what is the best creatine??????

    I tryed cell-tech for a while and got some good strength from it but what is the best creatine to gain size and strength?????

    well i've tried TONS of different kinds everything from cell tech, to eas betagen, to advocare products... i think its all the same. creatine is creatine the only difference is some products have other shit added to it like cell tech has ALA and other stuff. i dont think it really matters

    Creatine is like gasoline. The final product might include different additives, but ultimately the main ingredient is produced to similar standards by a small number of companies. I prefer basic creatine monohydrate.
