    getting abs

I've been working on my abs for a decent while now. I barely take in any fat and am active most of the day. Ive been doing sit-ups and crunches like theres no tomarrow, and ive been giving my body time to recover. My abs are hard, but not visible. I dont know what to do anymore but if someone could help i would really appreciate it.

    two questions?

what's your diet like?that's most important.just remember, too little fat in your diet and you will store what you take in so really critique your diet hardcore and see what's up.write it all down so it stares you in the face.two, do you have a sound cardio or HIT interval training progrma for bf loss?

    diet

my diet is just about 4 meals a day. I was eating about 6 meals but then i decided i needed to lose weight for my abs. I dont eat that much fat because if i have too high of an intake, they wont show. I'm not sure what i should eat to help my abs exactly, but if anyone has any ideas i would appreciate them. Thanx

    1. Cardio, cardio, cardio (30 minutes a day at your maximal heart rate).

    2. Diet, diet, diet (debit 300 calories from your maintennance level/day and no more than 150 g./carbs/day).

    3. Supplements, supplements, supplements (r-ALA and an ECA stack of
    some sort).

    4. Weighted crunches, weighted crunches, weighted crunches.

    5. Say hello to your abs in ~8-10 weeks.

20 mins a day of cardio at 55-65% of your max heart rate will do more for you than 30 at your max heart rate ....... you could also do interval cardio as well .... (10mins of low intensity, 5 mins high,10mins low, 5mins high) or something like that ........ sure, working at your MHR does burn fat, but it isn't even close to the best way to burn it

..... just a little something I picked up in one of my Exercise Phys classes

When I said "maximal heart rate" I meant what you said ;D

Perhaps "ideal heart rate as per your weight/age" would have made more sense?
