    which is better for body and which is cheaper?
    and which brand do you guys prefer?

    I prefer the softgel pills.... if u get the liquid one watch out not to drop it on your hands otherwise they will stink like fish for a week!

    I have a hard time swallowing fish oil pills, they should call them horse pills... To big

    Carlson's fish oil. It just takes like lemon. It's delicious and very concentrated fish oil. Carlson's also has a good reputation for quality and the fish oil is in triglyceride form.(not ether ester)
    It also contains Vitamin E.

    You get what you pay for. It's the triglyceride form of fish oil as well. It's the best cost to quality product. It really tastes good to boot and lasts a long time.
