Has anyone had good gains on this?
I haven't used it of late but, when I did, I had the single best gains I've ever had from a 'cycle' of creatine--and that includes using Cell Tech.
i did..used it a few years ago...seemed pretty good back then. for what it's worth, i'll prob buy it again next month when the stuff i have no runs out.
It's good stuff, at least when I took it a few years back.

i am on it right now after5 days ive gained about 4 or 5 lbs i dont know could be cause im eating a shitload more too becuase school is out and i can eat all the time. i will post in about 2 weeks on this thread usually dont see much more gains on creatine after 2 weeks. I respond well to creatine though i gained almost 8 lbs on regular creatine from gnc about a year ago. i dont know really..... i think the placebo affect is getting me i had pretty good pump yesterday doing chest.
and its cheap as hell too!!!!!!
can you take this right after a cycle of juice or do you recomend waiting a few weeks?
dude it dont matter when you take it during cycle, after cycle, before cycle just go ahead and start taking it

yes i guess if hell was cheap. I like gains so far 8lbs in 6 days but i havent been on creatine for long time. I was kindof worried bout price when i ordered from allsports but i am way happy now.
