Twinlab Daily One: 2 a day ok?

    Hi all,

I have been trying to get a decent multi here, and they are few and far between since most of the stuff isn't even allowed in the country! However, a friend of mine went overseas, and he managed to get me a few bottles of Twinlab Daily One Capsules. I normally take vitamins twice a day, since that way they are absorbed best (especially since most of these aren't time-released, but capsule form). I just wanted to check if taking 2 of these a day is ok??

    Here is the nutritional breakdown:

Anything I should be aware of or watch out for? (in terms of overdose)

    Thanks!

you can overdose on multi vitamins. The only water solluable vitamins are B and C. I would suggest using only one of those multis a day and then getting a B-complex pill. Since C and B are solluable your body will use what it needs and piss the rest out. I strongly suggest not overdosing on any of the other ones because that have very bad side effects. I have studdied the effects and they can be very dangerous, enough to put you in the hospital.
