    Question Advant Edge - RTD

    Has any of you tried Advant Edge, Ready to Drink proteinshake from EAS?
    Is it any good for you, like after a workout as your PW-shake?

    So nobody knows anything about EAS-Advant Edge RTD. It has like 15g of soyprotein, 25g carbs and is 200 kcal...!!!

    It's a basic RTD with slightly lower protein and slightly higher carbs than the normal Myoplex RTD shakes. You can only find them at mass market places such as Wal-Mart or Target, grocery stores, etc... It could be used as a post workout shake, it just kind of depends on the goals you are wanting to accomplish.

    Thanks for the answear PTbyJason.... Iīve been drinking Advant Edge after my workout and was just wondering if itīs okay since the drink has soyprotein but not whey??

    I prefer whey protein, but soy protein is better than no protein.
