    phosphagen xt while cutting??

    hey bros just picked up something new from EAS, its called phosphagen XT, wondering if its ok to take it while cutting, im tryn to lean up and keep my muscle... heres the link:

    anything can be used for bulking... anything can be used for cutting.. the only difference should be the number of calories you are taking for each purpose

    but wont the creatine make you hold water??? i dont wanna get bloated, i just wanna stay lean....

    If anything creatine will dehydrate you if you don't drink enough water.

    creatine does make you hold water.... but it's INTRAmuscular... that's very different from water under your skin...

    so it should be ok to take it then, im only a cutting diet, keeping my cals low, carbs low, protein high and doing 30mins of cardio 5 X a week... i wanan get ripped but dont wanna lose alot of muscle, the guy at the shop said this is the newest stuff out by EAS, he said it will do the trick! hope hes rigth!
