    Creatine loading: yes or no?

Before anyone berates me, I did a search but all the results came back all screwed up and inaccessible.

Anyway, what's the final word on creatine loading: yea or nay?

I dont load simply cause it cost to much, when you load you will see results in a week, if you dont it will take two weeks. I aint in no rush are you?

Loading creatine, is an individual's preference. I've done it and had no better reulys than when I don't load. My .02's is don't bother loading.

I've gone both routes a few times. I definately feel the affects of creatine a lot quicker when I do load, usually in the first few days. When I didn't load, I didn't start feeling it until maybe the second week. But the people who say you'll be wasting some money are right, not because loading doesn't have its benifits, but because when you load you are most likely taking in more creatine than your body will process. And that means you'll piss the rest out.

After 30 days you will have the same effect if you load or not. Loading gives you a quicker saturation. But I have heard of a study once that said if you do not load you can retain more supplemental CP in the long run (>30 days).

IMO - either way works well. I rarely load it. Loading (or frontloading) makes more sense for androgens with long esters rather than something like creatine.

Don't load, it only wastes money in the long run. I've done it both ways, no difference in the results.

Creatine is cheap as shit, why not load it? After working out hard when I'm loading, I notice more soreness in the muscles and they appear fuller.
