    Fucoidan

    a triathlete friend of mine, asked me about this supplement called fucoidan. has anyone ever used it? results? any info is appreciated. i googled it, but looking for more real life experiences with it. i think it is just another supplement companies are trying to make a buck off, but willing to hear anyone who has used it with success.
