Coming off eca
I have been on an eca stack for a few months now. At the moment I have tapered down my dose as I am going to come off completely. When I come off I want to carry on with fat loss. What supplements should I take to help when I have totally come off the eca?

Here's a crazy idea - how about an effective cardio and diet plan and no reliance on 'supplements'?

What about caffeine do I need to completely cut it out for a while or just down to low dosages ?

ECA shouldn't be taken for a "few" months. At max, 2 months in my opinion. The longer you take it the less effective it is. For me 2 weeks on and off works best. In the meantime, coming off is going to suck. You're probably going to feel like shit for a week or two because of how long you have been on it. Don't take anything else for awhile.

Caffeine will give you the temporary kick you need while weaning off the jolt from Ephedra. But I agree with the above comments, you should eventually come off both for a while to thoroughly rest your adrenals and restore normalcy.

Raspberry ketone at 1,000mg twice a day will work great along with a diet and cardio routine.
