    Beta-Ecdysterone

    Anyone ever heard of this supplement and know of any side effects.
    Some people said it was good stuff and has hardly any side effects and produces good gains.

    Personally I think its a waste of money. I have tried it and did not see any results. I think everyone will agree with me on this one. Dont buy it.
