Cardio 2wice a day?
I do cardio in the morning on a empty stomach, then after a few hrs pass, i lift and do cardio again.? I started this method, last week.. and iv'e lost 3lbs in one week. Im 212lbs and abt 15-20% bf. would i be loosin muslce or fat? gimme some advice for the fat man. thanks

I would suggest that you go get a skinfold test done to determine your current bodyfat percentage. Once you have your starting point you can track how much fat you are melting off and how much muscle you are retaining.

As long as you are not losing more then 1% of your total weight per week, you will lose mostly fat.
