Is ALA worth it?

I'm thinkin about takin ALA with creatine while I do my next bulking phase. I need to know what everyone thinks of it. How are the gains? Thanks,

Not to be a dick, but if you search for ALA there are a lot of posts discussing it. Theres atleast one I know of that details its benifits. It's too much for me to retype.

ALA is not worth it.. but R-ala is definitely worth it...
