Looking for advice on supplements
Besides Protein and Creatine , what does everybody take for supplements? What would be considered the "essentials" ? I've been using mass amino's , glutamine , ultra 40 ,and mass enzyme plus creatine and mass maker from Beverly. Seems to work for me but I'm always wondering if it's too much and if I'm taking things I really don't need. Also , do you need to keep taking these things while on a cycle?

supplements are to be taken for specific need, it really depends on your goals. I think Austinite has written some good info on supplements. here is a link to his write-ups.

Fish/Krill oil
Glucosamine
Calcium
Zinc
Pretty much all for joints except protein/creatine and zinc.
