Looking to buy some ON whey. What are the better flavors they offer? I've heard the rocky road flavor tastes great. Do you guys prefer mixing it with milk or water?

I hope more people chime in on this lol because i decided to try it and bought the highest rated flavor (double rich chocolate) and it's absolutely putrid with water, almost undrinkable. Pretty good with milk or yoghurt though.

Most protein powders taste like crap in water. IMO. Believe they have a coffee flavor that's good. Also their chocolate is pretty good.

Totally agree. DRC is disgusting. For years I've used Extreme Milk Chocolate (love it) and thought I'd try something different. I bought a 10lb bag of DRC and ended up emailing them with how disgusting it was and sending it back for a full replacement of EMC. I will not waiver from EMC again.

I've only been able to find the double rich chocolate in 10 lb bags.

A 2nd choice for me (chocolate wise) is dymatize elite chocolate fudge. It only comes in 5 lb but is $10 cheaper than ON.

I've found some deals on ebay recently. Ones with no shipping charges. Saved about $30 bucks or so on two 5 lb cans.

I don't use ON but I like mixing mine in milk for best taste but when cutting calories I
use water.

I have tried it in strawberry and I can mix that stuff with anything. Yogurt or water. It tastes great. Little hard because I am lactose intolerant. Optimum didn't bother me that bad but had to switch to Muscle Med brands. Carnivor MASS is lactose free. I love it

I have tried many different brands of protein powder, and by far ON was the worst in my opinion. I find it doesn't mix well with any liquid, I've only had the chocolate, it smells yummy but it's not even comparable to any other chocolate flavour taste wise. Also found it to make me feel bloated, ended up giving my tub away,

I use the ON Gold Standard Whey usually in the vanilla ice cream flavor. I always mix with milk. Not a big fan of any protein powder in water. Sometimes I'll add a shot of Hershey caramel syrup to the mix. I haven't had any problems with mixing using ON brands.

I like the ON Performance whey Vanilla and mixed w/skim and a lil water... I was surprised it wasn't that bad... Lol
Also use ON Gold Standard 100% Casein Chocolate(much thicker and tastes great even w/H2O)... Gotta try the ON Whey chocolate...

Make sure it's Extreme Milk Chocolate. Double Rich Choc will make you puke.

Yeah good call as some chocolate mixes are terrible(I'm a milk chocolate guy) they must have been out) but I'll try it out for sure(as we need to taste something good every now and than) lol...

But was very surprised how decent the Vanilla is!

I always use a banana, & ice(skim/or 1% when bulking - and water when cutting)in my shakes... Especially w/H2O..

I used to use whole/or 2% and it really bloats me(well I was drinking about 12-15Gal per month).... Yeah... Since I've cut my milk intake to 1gal every 4-5 days just using when needed in shakes) and much better results thus far!

My last cycle I was on a cut(prop/primo/& var... W/that amount of milk my abs didn't come in as nice as I would've liked...

My neighbor gets his from a local Costco in 6 lb bags (odd) for around $47 bucks. That's an extra pound for about $10 below the norm. I'll be jumping on it even though it's vanilla.
