I m currently on a bulking cycle (test /dbol/prov). My bf is 13%. I m thinking of using yohimburn. Does it work only if you diet? Or can u use it any time? Is this an effective product?

On the Dutch bbboard they say that yohimburn is bullshit and that it s better to stick with the pills?
Has anybody had some good results with?
Got some today...I'll post again in a week and let you know if there's any appreciable difference.
Well I havent used Yohimburn, but my sister and I have both used Lipoderm-Y by avant labs ,which is a similar product but with more Yohimbine HCL, with good results. Products like Lipoderm and Yohimburn ONLY work when there is a caloric deficit present(must have it). The products only mobilize the fat into the bloodstream to be burned off but if there's no caloric deficit the fat will just be redeposited again. So remember, caloric deficit. So basically, it wont do you any good if you're bulking. However, while cutting, they work great. And yes, it is an effective product if used correctly.
