what supps for beginner
I just started working out again after back surgery 3 years ago. I need to lose fat and put on some muscle. I am on a 3 day split cycle with 4 days of cardio.What supps Should I take starting out?

a ECA to help you speed up the metabolism and burn extra fat.. Dropping your carb daily will produce very substantial fat loss as well.. Other then that, i'd just suggest you replace the snacks with protein bars/shakes and do everythign else in moderation...

Do a search lot of good threads outlining the essentials.
My list of essentials:
Whey Protein
Multi-Vitamin
Flax Seed Oil
Desssicated Liver Tabs (Lots of Aminos)
Creatine (either straight or a transport like CellTech)
