carb powders, any point?
Do any of you bro's use carb powders? Is there any point? Is a sugary drink just as good before a workout?

Dextrose is a god carb for Post workout shake. Try to consume carbs 1-2 hrs before workout in the form of a meal, oatmeal is a good one here.
