    Any good supplement for relaxation?

    Hi all. I need to know if theres some good supplement to relax my mind i got angry these days alot of angry and i find it diffucult to be calm in short time. Im not on roid. Is there any good supplement to use it for this case? With minimal sides?

    L-Theanine can have the calming/relaxing effect that you're seeking. It's been proven to increase the wavelength of alpha brain waves, which help with memory and relaxation. Take 400 mg twice a day and you should notice a difference. It has no side effects that I've come across.

    the best relaxation sup.... marijuana and its all natural with no negative sides to bad the government says its as bad as cocaine and you can loose your job over it

    IMHO i think supplementing year round to relax is much less healthy than if you smoked some weed regularly...But that's just me

    actually iv researched it lol and it does not cause a rise in estrogen or drop in testosterone that is a myth
