It's all good bro. I doubt any significant amount of protein is lost this way. I make a shake right before I go to bed at night that way when I wake up around 2am or so I can just down it real quick.

If you're concerned, try doing what I do. Keep empty water bottles and pre-fill them with a serving of whey protein. When you're ready to drink a shake, mix in the proper amount of water or milk.

I've got a couple in the trunk of my car and sometimes a few at work. It only takes a few minutes to pre-fill enough for a week. Can't beat the simplicity of that.

its a horrible idea to leave your protein drink in water form for more than a few hourse. Most any type of supplement creatine, glutamine, protein, has only so much time before it begins to breakdown and become unstable in liquid form. For creatine you have approximatley 15-20 after it becomes mixed in water before it begins to break down into creatinnine, a waste product. Protein is more stable, but still you are looking at a 1 hour window at most. THink about it. Why would you leave your protein in liquid form for the entire day, when obviously it cannot stay 100% for all that long...just scoop your protein into baggies and drop them in a shaker....all of 10 seconds work to insure you get your protein at the right time
