The preworkout lie
I thought this was very interessting and enough to send some money away from my pocket. So i ordered l-arginine. And i will use only that before my nect workout, but tons of it. Like 10 grams perhaps. And no coffein.
As he says, all preworkouts are filled with lots of "scientific" stuff that dont work and just a little of what works.
Anyone tried his take?...i forsure will

I think a lot of really expensive pre workout stuff can be broken down and bought seperatey for a lot cheaper..mostly l-arginine,caffeine and sugar I take caffeine arginine pre workout and when Iam bulking drink dextrose and whey..my buddy bought some 80 dollar pre workout stuff and after looking at the ingredients I busted his balls because it was about 15 dollars worth of stuff..

I tried citrulline at 6 grams and then tried arginine at 10 grams both had a good pump. I then tried citrulline at 6 grams and arginine at 5 grams together and man that pump was insane! I wasn't on any gear at that time but I definitely felt like I was. I remember reading somewhere that it is best to take both together as it causes a synergistic effect and I definitely believe in it.
Silabolin, I would take what you read with a grain of salt. If I had to pick one I would chose citrulline because I definitely felt better blood flow than with argnine alone. But again, take this with a grain of salt. Try it out for yourself and see what works best brotha!

Whats their one rep bench record? I really trust a 55 year old former pro more who has tried it all, talks no bull.
Yes i know the poor bioaviablety, but maybe guys dont take enough. He suggests 12 g.
Well. I know it in hours. I will try 10 grams before my bicepsworkout today.

I really like that site. Seems to be very unbiased and straightforward. Also Kel, there was a discussion going in another thread recently (believe GGR was the OP), and you mentioned using TUDCA/UDCA if you were on anything other than TRT. If you were on a blast that included a few weeks usage of a 17aa (say 20mgs of var ED), do you use TUDCA/UDCA for a few weeks post blast?

well, i used 10 g of l-arginine friday and had almost steroidlike pump for shoulders and steroidlike pump for biceps

sorry for the avt but its to your friend.
well almostgone, i have an edgy stomach, but i didnt feel any sides what so ever. Perhaps a little extra gas, but that just fluyshed away any kind of bloated feeling.
Tired from work and yet, real good pump. I will try it fresh tomorow also, but then i go from 10 to 12 grams, as Mr Vest suggests:-)
Seriously, the pump in the biceps was like steroidpump.

The ultimate preworkout that i found that works and gives great pumps while not on gear is :
5g of beta alanine, 5 grams of AAKG, 5 grams of creatine monohydrate, 5 grams of citruline malate and 5 grams of acetyl l-carnitine. Usually is good to preload creatine monohydrate with 20 grams the first 2 weeks then just 5 preworkout and postworkout.
You can find all the powders on myprotein.com, just pay attention they sometimes have 70% discount on this stuff. Good luck !
