Dude if you want to be all you can be lol. BcaaS are like fuel for you muscles that gives them a head start at recovery you take during your workout to prevent cortisol I believe in general, and multi vitamin is like one of the most important if your not getting a well balanced diet with veggies and all let's of stuff to get the micros one does from a multi v. So whey, bcaa, multi v , and fish oil is what I used. Creatine was naturally in the protein I was taking! So none of that. And the glutamine I'm not sure how long you have to take that before you get any benefit from it.

I agree with the list. NAC is less important unless you do orals.
I would change multivts with l-arginine. (if one had to go to make place for 5) Supersafe, effective and extremely healthy preworkout.
And Vitamin C in liposymal form or Ester C so the body can use more than the max 200 g it can use from food/ other vit c supps.
Ester C is so much better than ascorbinacid or regular vit c supp. Im on it now and it looks like im not going to catch the always coming postcycleflu this time.
Ive read that legit liposymal Vit C is even better and the body may use 5 g of it. That could cure cancer, AIDS and a lot more.
Havent links...just what i have red. And i dont bother to find it now. "Google"

I think an antioxidant is as good of a label as any. Here's a link to some additional info:

Can someone recommend a Multi-vit that stands up to scrutiny? Articles like these make me question:

I'm a big fan of BCAA I.e valine Lucien and isoluciene and also glutamine.
I read that beyond the anti catabolic benifets during working out it also aids in increasing protein synthesis post workout. Recovery in general. And that glutamine even at doses of 2 grams studies showed increase natural hgh secretions by like 400%
....what's your thoughts

Agreed. Everyone shit on Twinlab but I think the liquid amino fuel they have is awesome. I used to take sips of it after every meal. It made me feel good. I never gave a damn for any of their pills.

Your protein powder already has all of those in it, no need to add more

Ive heard BCAA's are only really needed after a fast or first thing in the morning workout (before you eat)? I have thought that is incorrect but what do you think?
