How to cycle creatine?
I've been on creatine for about 8 months, cycling about every month. I take 5g a day in a protein shake with added sugar for absorption. When loading, it's 5g x 3. Is there any other way I could cycle this for better results, I.E. stopping for a couple weeks and then taking it with ALA or something?

I just use it 6wks at a time (first wk 15-20g/day, then 5g/day) and then a month off while aiming to bulk up... I don't use it when trying to lean out...
