Best for an 18 y/o to take to gain muscle mass

I am a fairly cut 18-year-old 6'0 170lbs. I am looking to gain more muscle mass and get more bulk. What's the best thing I can take to help with this, I go to the gym daily and lift alongside a little cardio. I am open to any supplement or any suggestion you guys have, thanks! Go easy on me would ya haha.

edit: I am currently taking amino pills and Powder protien for the record.

    Just eat more food.
    Take creatine also.
Do not take AAS at your age.

Honestly, I wasted my teenage years by trying to get bigger without eating bigger.
I wondered why I wasn't growing yet I was taking the skin off my chicken.
The real secret to growing is calories.

I hear a lot of high school kids saying that same thing about creatine they almost equated to water weight gain with steroids

Creating is an essential building block in muscle no you will not lose what it helps gain if you stop taking creatine

creatine and whey protein powder (although some dispute the utility of the protein powder, it's definitely been a big help to me)

Best thing you can do is plan your meals, eat as much as possible to grow. Its tough at 18 to have meals lined up throughout the day especially if you live with parents / living at college etc. Take the time to have meals that cover what your body needs to grow prepared for when you need them.

I've began taking Creatine HCL. From what I've read it doesn't create the water retention, stomach issues and sometimes bloating as Creatine Monohydrate, plus no loading. Apparently it is more easily absorbed with the HCL attached. Plus you can take much lower dosages since it is more easily absorbed. But I do recommend some form of Creatine for recovery for an 18 yr old

Get 10lb bag of chicken breast from was mart $10.98 or 20lb for $19.98

Thaw put in pan, with your choice of Worcestershire, lemon juice, whatever.

Bake at 350 for 40 min.

Get a small box of brown rice, make whole box.

    Steam 5 bags of broccoli

Weight out 4.5oz cooked chicken, 135g of brown rice, and 85g broccoli.

That's one meal. Get a bunch of square Tupperware containers from dollar store.

Make up as many meals pre measured as you can out of this.

    Put in fridge.

Eat at least 3 to 4 a day, breakfast of egg whites, etc.

    Its easy

No..it super hydrates the muscle to allow for nutrients to be flooded in there in return help build them bigger I. Pretty sure. Sure you will get some water weight and that size will go away and you will have waterever muscle you built left over..that is if you work hard and stay dedicated. It won't happen overnight..I'm natural and I'd say it will take a year of hard work to see minimum results. But they are solid lasting results and you learn discipline to keep it on the way. All I take is whey , multi vitamin (just cuz I don't eat lots of veggies), bcaa and glutamine, fish oil, caffeine..

Eat A lot of clean food. Walmart has chicken breast for $1.99 a pound I buy a big pack of it every week and throw it on a George Foreman grill when I meal prep and ready in 10 minutes

Adding creatine capsules to your amino pills could be beneficial. But you should take them together. You can buy 1500mg ones. Take 2 before a breakfast for 4 - 6 weeks, then take a break. In my opinion you don't need protein powder in this case.

At your age, a great diet will serve you well, FOOD!!! As far as supplements, a high quality whey isolate and some creatine should be all you need.
