Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid

After 4 weeks of 1750mg/day oral in obese subjects:
"Hepatic and muscle [cell] insulin sensitivity increased by ∼30% (P < 0.05) after treatment with TUDCA but did not change after placebo therapy"

I use it if on anything other than TRT. Seems to improve my liver enzyme values.
