Pedialite
I know diarrhea (cha-cha-cha) contributes to electrolyte loss on a chronic, rather than acute, time frame. However, any thoughts on using it for post-workout recovery? ...not all brands have as much sugar as pedialite.

Makes sense. Its probably easier to break down than 99% of protein powders out there. I wonder how much of a shake I even use

You'd be better off eating a meal of real food.

It might be decent to mix your post workout shake with it. I'm not sure. It's interesting though. I know it tastes like the inside of a glowstick, lol. Don't ask how I know that

I use a Pedialyte packet and mix it with a liter of water and bcaa's for intraworkout, i love it. Mixing the small prepackaged powder with a liter of water by itself dilutes it enough to not have a bad taste, i get the strawberry lemonade flavor which isn't bad at all by itself but mixed with flavored bcaa powder you don't even taste the Pedialyte.
