    Question What's better....

    O.K. I've done a search on creatine here and there's quite a bit info, but my question is there a huge difference between taking creatine powder compared to the creatine pills you can buy. Thanks for the feedback.

    You should go with the powder. It gets into your system faster.
    And when you take creatine cycle it 3 months on and 3 off so you will get better results. (forget about the pills)

    EAS phosphagen (This stuff works and it's cheap)

    I love EAS Betagen (It awesom, but expensive so if you have money go with this)
