1) Just found some GABA in the back of my cupboard that I bought a while back and never started taking.
Is it worth taking it, what does it do?
How many grams should I take, what with and when?
Also, is it ok to take GABA whilst taking creatine?
2) I'm thinking of buying some Casein Protein Powder to take before bed.
Is this a good idea?
Can you suggest any good value powders?
