Question on protein
Should i drink a shake that has 23 grams of protein before i lift. and then after? will that help anything or hurt anything cause i dunno

Won't hurt at all, except dont drink your pre-workout drink too close to lifting time and especially on leg day.

I'd just save it for after, won't help anymore drinking it before.
