pumps right, probably crab, it might tighten your skin around your abs for a few hours like other gels, but it probably wont do shit......cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, and a shitload of crunches. people buy these gels thinking there going to lose 5 lbs when the most it does is tighten a little bit.....IMO

not to be a prick, but i disagree. i know alot of people who have gotten pretty good results off the yohimburn <-- sp?) topical gel. not saying it works miracles, because you still gotta do your cardio etc, but I have seen the results from some of these products

from what I hear the product works pretty well. i've never used it so I couldn't really give you a first hand experience. bump for anyone who has used something like this.
