Cyanidin 3 Glucoside - fat loss miracle?

I have stumbled across this compound which appears to be a nutrient partitioner, helping with decreasing blood glucose levels, helping with insulin sensitivity, muscle uptake of glucose, and ultimately weight loss.

I found out about this compound through an advertisement for a product called Inidigo-3G; here is what they say about it:

Indigo-3G acts as a nutrient partitioning agent — meaning it maximizes carbohydrate uptake in muscle, releases and burns fat, and prevents the storage of fat.* That makes Indigo-3G the ultimate body-transformation agent.*

Here is more info about this product:
    https://biotest.t-nation.com/product...controls_carbs

And here is more info about the chemical compound cyanidin-3-glucoside:
    https://examine.com/supplements/cyanidin/

Any of you have any experience with it and it's ability to repartition carbs/glucose and help you lose weight?

Yeah, figured it's too good to be true. The scientific study on the compound itself showed that in lab tests it proved to be effective, but in vitro (in organisms) it didn't prove very effective because of the poor absorption rate into the blood and the high amounts needed.

Thanks for mentioning this, seems like it should cause some weight loss. Do you get it prescribed or have a source you go with? I have a few sources online and am looking at Glucophage 850 x 100 pills. I'm wondering if this is ever counterfeited.

    Get "bigomet" from adc.

    Not counterfeited ever.

It is prescribed, but we know ways around that now, don't we? Lol

Uhh not sure I do lol! I tried my sources and couldn't find it. A close family member is an Endo but it would be next to impossible to get her to give me anything. She's anti taking anything for aesthetic purposes. Even if I was diabetic she would refer me to someone else SMH.

At the end of the day nutrition is king. More often then not when people look for fat loss miracles it's either because they don't know how to feed their body, don't have the discipline to do so, or both.

Why not post your diet in our nutrition section for review ?
