Hey guys, I'm a long time sufferer of primary hypertension. No cause for it, I'm fit, eat right, don't drink, don't smoke (well a cig here and there), exercise daily... Still I use Valsartan to lower my BP, and it usually stays around 130/75. The systolic is still pretty high, but my pulse is around 65. I have tried taking L-Arginine for the Nitric Oxide effect of relaxing the arteries, but I don't think it does anything - or it isn't digestible. I also heard about grape seed extract, among other supplements that supposedly help control BP.

I don't want to spend all my money on random supplements that may or may not work, so I'm wondering if any of you have experience with any over-the-counter supps that DO work. I want to start a very mild cycle soon (first one) and I want to make sure that my BP is as low as it will go! Hope you can help out! Thx
