Animal pak “Flex”
I’m thinking of ordering some of the animal pak vitamins... and noticed they sell a product named “flex” that is suppose to be a joint supplement. I know animal pak is nothing but over priced vitamins but it seems like they contain more things than your typical multi vitamin. Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with taking a joint support supplement?

If you want a solid multi vitamin I would recommend Natural Factors "Whole Earth and Sea" line. 99% of Multivitamins are useless and Animalpak is no exception.
In terms of Flex, it's overpriced and a waste of money. The first portion of it is assorted vitamins which you will already get from a multi + diet. The proprietary blend is snake oil.
Then the "meat and potatoes" is the Glucosamine portion - which they are using the worst version of (HCL).
I would check out Costco Kirkland Signature brand. They have an option that includes Glucosamine Chondroitin + Chondroitin Sulfate + MSM
- more bioactive
- less expensive
- less pills
- superior bioavailable version of each line
Paired with those, I would also suggest Deca Durabolin at 50-125mg per week to start IF you are currently on HRT.I no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

Thanks for the advice bro! What is the name/names of the vitamins from Costco? I will have the wife pick up some this weekend when she goes.

Whole Earth and Sea from Natural Factors is sold either online or like a wellness / supplement store (not a chain though like GNC/Popeyes).
The glucosamine is costco's own brand called Kirkland Signature. It should say something like "glucosamine with chondroitin and MSM". I don't know if the American packaging is different from CanadaI no longer check my inbox. If you PM me I will not reply.

If your looking for joint support check out hyaluronic acid. It works better for me than any glucosamine formula. Also buy sugar free flavored jello, mix it with your water and drink it. This combination has been the best thing for my joints. If you mix the jello with cold water it will have tiny pieces of jello form, but nothing that is hard to drink.
