There is no flame in this post, but please research at least on this board about asking this question. I think that we go through this at least once a month. Just use the search button and you will find all the answers.
I don't know what you guys think...but a while back I tried Muscle Milk and I believe it was by CytoSport. And I think it was quite good. I felt good strength gains and increased weight by a few pounds. That's just me though :P

The best pro i have found is called food good old fish chicken eggs the list goes on .Supps are what they say they are they give you extra if you are lacking but if you eat well then there is no point in it.Its just a lazy way out of eating right.

Bulldog, post workout, whey isolate is top notch. Nighttime, get a casein...so as to stay anabolic.

I would go for Isopure. I drink Vanilla and mix it in a blender with water only and it tastes great, just like a Vanilla milk shake and it has 50g of protien a serving. Works great and tastes great.
