    I looked at it, it has the same amount of sugar and same amount of creatine. Just go look for yourself bro, I dont have cell tech with me to match the same ingrediants. Hell, you can buy a 7pd bucket for 30.00, I'll buy some and tell you what I think of it.

    The insulin mimickers and ingredients with the creatine helps CellTech show great results. I know of no other blend that can match CellTech's stack gram for gram.

    So... CellTech 4 me too.

    Be careful with off brands. Established companies have more of a reputation to uphold. For example, an offbrand stands little to loose if the give you 3g per serving vs the labled 5g.

    Supplement Direct's brand is very good, they have a reputation for quality also.
    It's pretty cheap also, and the fruit punch flavor is damn good.

    Here's the label for EAS Phosphagen HP..
    Calories=140 per serving
    fat=0
    Carbo=34G= Dextrose
    Protien=0
    Phosphorus=200mg
    Magnesium=60mg
    Sodium=95mg
    Potasium=80 mg
    Creatine Monohydrate=5.25 G
    Taurine=1G

    Ingredients: Dextrose, Pure Creatine Monohydrate, Taurine, Natural and artificial flavor, citric acid, Beet powder for color, Magnesium Phosphate, Disodium phosphate and Potassium phosphate....

    I don't have the cell tech so can anyone match this with the cell tech, also if you take 2 servings of this it is = to cell tech as far as the Dextrose and Creatine go, EAS also has a MRP with creatine in it.

    "CELL-Tech provides 10 grams of HPLC-tested pure Creatine Monohydrate per serving. After ingestion of creatine monohydrate, the human body experiences a 50% creatine receptor-cite downgrade, peaking after approximately 6 hours.1 As a result, large doses of Creatine (up to 10 grams) will need to be consumed over a period of time to maximize cellular uptake. The inclusion of a nutraceutical dose of Dextrose (75g) is the same dosage advocated by the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) for physicians to assess the efficiency of Insulin production in potential Diabetic patients.2 This dosage may maximize Insulin output, which is necessary for optimum Creatine uptake.3 Sports Nutrition experts and trainers alike realize that Insulin is the most anabolic hormone in the body. Once stimulated, it drives carbohydrates, amino acids (protein), and Creatine Monohydrate molecules into muscle cells. For this reason, MuscleTech has added a powerful insulin potentiator Alpha Lipoic Acid which has been recently used in type II Diabetics to control blood glucose4 Based on preliminary research results, this substance appears to boost the Insulin-signaling pathway within the muscle cell.5 MuscleTech has added Chromium Picolinate, Potassium, Phosphates, Taurine, Ascorbic Acid, and Magnesium to further potentiate the actions of Insulin transport and muscle cell contraction.6 "

    I forget where i heard this the other day but i was reading about ALA somewhere and it said that it's ridiculous how cell tech includes ALA in their product because ALA breaks down when in a open area, i think it might have been because it reacts to oxygen or something? but they said that ALA is best taken in pill form because 1. they won't react with any other stuff in the environmen and 2. ALA is also sensitive to light, you'll never see a clear ALA bottle.

    Well if you're in Canada I would recomend looking into some PlasmaVol from SportLab. Best tasting supplement I've ever tasted with flavours like Ice Tea, Juicy peach and I think two others. The Ice Tea is comparable to Nestea.

    Each serving contains
    5 grams Creatine Monohydrate
    3 grams L-Glutamine
    100 mg Alpha Lipoic Acid

    I forget the carb amount but it is mostly (if not all) from dextrose

    Agree with adonis_myth, he's probable referring to the study from the University of Berkley College of Medicine. The study showed that ALA does absolutely nothing in terms of creatine transport into the muscles.

    75 GRAMS OF SUGAR...PER SERVING!!!!! How many people like gaining bodyfat?

    I saw the best results form Vyo-Tech's Liquid Creatine Resum; just my opinion. -BB

    No dude, it's not like the shit from MMUSA with the little eye-dropper on it. Vyo-Tech is almost like a paste, it's called a liquid (resum) and is sort of like a cross between a powder and a liquid. Excellent results (as well as everyone else I spoke to)...a 7g creatine per serving,

    The only 'possible' way to suspend creatine without it breaking down is in MCT's or similar oils. If a liquid creatine is in water it is useless (except as a marketing tool resulting in placebo effects). Personally... I would never buy anything but a dry Creatine due to the stability factor...

    If it works for you, great! I personally never recommend them nor would I buy them. Gram for gram they are too expensive anyhooooo...

    Personally, I like GNC Creatine. GNC products seem to work real well for me. With the Ribose in it, it holds more of the creatine amino acids in the body. I also like the fact that there's no loading phase (and it tastes awesome!).

    Oh - you are referring to it being light sensistive? Because casules are filled with powder. Break it open... I thought you might say tablet, gelcap, or some other thing... I think I may have heard that light sensitive thing - but as long as you drink the CellTech right away and not leave it out with your sun tea - you should be okay... right?

    I really like the grape one, the orange one is ok but doesnt seem to mix as well as the grape. And I think there is something in grape that aids in the transport of votal nutrients to the muscle tissue dont know if its in the grape flavoured cell tech but in grapes there is something just cant remeber what it is

    V12 is a brand new creatine supp.

    "Tricreatine Malate is a highly soluble creatine salt that provides much greater increase in creatine bioavailability over regular creatine monohydrate. This compound is creatine bound to malic acid. Malic acid is a naturally occurring kreb cycle intermediate, meaning that malic acid plays a crucial role in our natural energy producing cycle. Malic acid coupled with the effect of creatine as in Tricreatine Malate offers much greater ATP production over conventional creatine monohydrate. Additionally this creatine salt will not make you hold subcutaneous water like creatine monohydrate would since there is no water molecule in its chemical structure. All hydration will occur in the muscle cell. Also, Tricreatine Malate does not cause stomach discomfort and does not need to be loaded."

    Trac creatine tastes awesome. I didnt notice any results from it though...you wont hold any water with it.unlike with the EAS.

    Does anyone else have problems drinking Celltech? I no longer take it because it makes me puke afterwards.
