It works for my body type. I'm a "Ectomorph/Mesomorph". I eat whatever i want and it builds lean muscle.

I am with Lord. I go through 3 of the 7lb 900 calorie weight gainer. The thing peope dont realize is: Weight gainer has more protien in it than regular protein powder. Protein powder is good for those trying to lose weight since it is low in cals.
3-4 shakes a day with 3-4 eggs and ice cream per shake.
A lot of it goes to my gut but I burn it off quickly.
I see a good differnce using the stuff if I can take it every day. Hard to do.
Not always home. Need to put a tub at gfs house
Off subject but she actually laughed when I brought my dumbells to her house.
She laughed even more when she TRIED to roll them out of her bedroom.

Hell no. I LOVE MY BLENDER. Without it I would starve.
Thats what I try to tell everyone. If you buy those big jugs of plain vanilla or mint chip ice cream buckets.
Shit load of eggs
Milk.
It makes the shakes so much better
CANT TASTE the eggs at all
Ice cream gives the shake a nice COLD SMOOTH textrure.
Plus you can throw in like 6 eggs and cant taste em
Bananas give it a bad taste.
Eggs are like 70-80 cals. I like calories.

1. I wouldn't recommend eating raw eggs...salmonella.
2. For a post workout shake get rid of the dairy...it slows down the absorption.

One alternative to the eggs you could consider is Egg Substitute like Egg Beaters. It's pasturized and you wouldn't have to worry about the salmonella.

Myth #3: Egg alternatives aren't as nutritious as whole eggs.
FACT: While the traditional whole shell egg delivers a variety of important nutrients, it also contains 5 grams of fat, 75 calories and a hefty dose of cholesterol - about 210 milligrams per large egg - which is found entirely in the egg yolk. In contrast, Egg Beaters is actually more nutritious than traditional whole eggs. By eliminating the yolk, 100 percent of the fat and cholesterol and more than half of the calories are cut out. In addition, the product contains greater amounts of important vitamins like A, B-12, D and E, as well as other essential nutrients such as folic acid and riboflavin.
Myth #6: You have to be careful handling egg alternatives, the same way you do whole eggs.
FACT: Unlike traditional whole shell eggs, all egg alternative products are pasteurized, eliminating the threat of serious illness or death by salmonella poisoning. This means people can safely eat Caesar salad dressing, protein shakes or other foods that traditionally contain uncooked eggs, which would otherwise increase their risk of exposure to dangerous salmonella bacteria.

Hahaha!! I just can't stop thinking about this....
Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs
contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that
they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
blood stream.
Homer: So one of those Egg Council creeps got to you too, huh?
Lenny: Aw, you've got it all wrong, Homer. It's not like that.
[a man in an egg costume creeps, then runs, away]
Homer: You'd better run, egg!

N-Large = Best Weight Gainer Hands Down
It took 4 1/2 months, but I put on 30 lbs with N-Large 2. No joke man, this stuff is the real deal! It's soooooo expensive, but it will definately get you to your goal. Take 4 or 5 scoops in some whole milk before you goto bed. Or you could split your serving, 2 scoops post workout, and 2 or 3 before bed. Definately use this product, and after a while if it's too expensive for you consume an appropriate amount of calories from regular food. If you're 200lbs consume 4000 calories a day, basically it's your bodyweight times 20.
