    1st cycle 1ad and 4ad, need help guys!?!

    whats up guys im going to do 1ad and 4ad for 6 weeks, heres my cycle

    wk 1- 1ad 300mg 4ad 500mg

    wk 2-5- 1ad 600mg 4ad 750mg

    wk 6- 1ad 300mg 4ad 500mg

    Post cycle: 6oxo Stats 19 yrs old, 5'7, 168lbs, about 15%bf, been training hard for 3 years.

    supplements: v12 creatine, vitimain supplenments, liver detox

    any suggestions guys id appreciate, thanx

    i forgot to mention im going take a energy booster before my workouts to further increase the intensity, 25mg of ephedrine and 200 caffiene.

    Looks good but I dont think you need to cycle down if your doing a post at the end of my cycle I just did 2000mgs of tribex the 6-oxo is good though

    since i've been doing my research, it seems like its better to cycle down that way you'll keep more of your gains even with the help of 6oxo. But i think ill just go 600mg and 750mg all the way through.

    I would start at 400 mgs and workup form there when I added more I started to get more acne if you get results at 400mgs stay there more doesnt really mean better

    There is no need to cycle down. All that does is keep you on longer which results in more HPTA suppression. If you choose to use post cycle supps, which are overrated IMHO, start during your last week of use. This will give them time to get in your system before you go off your PH cycle.

    it doent necessarily mean that it keeps me on longer, i'm doing a 6 week cycle regardless if i 'cycle down' or not. also, if 400mg isn't enought, should i jump up to 600mgs or more?

    If you are not responding well to 400mg I would definitely up it to 600.

    Keep week one at 300-400. It will keep down the sides (painfull urination.) Then run at 600 for the rest of the month. No nead to stagger, most people keep almost all their gains from the 1ad. The 4ad though adds alot of water, so be prepared to lose that.

    Your cycle looks good though.

    600 mgs of 1-ad is a waste of money!?!?! The only thing i've been reading on this board is how 1-ad is outstanding when its between 400-600 mgs. Gains(in strength and LBM) are awseome w/ a good diet, almost comparable to real juice.

    its not really comparable to juice I think what he might have ment is anything higher is a waste and its true stay between 300-600 and you will be fine

    It's not even close to "real juice", but it will blow just protien and creatine out of the water. 1ad and 4ad is the best out there.

    Don't expect steriod like gains, because they will not come. Legally though they are (in my opinion) one of the best sups you can buy.

    I've heard of people gaining up to 10-15lbs of muscle in a 6 week cycle, that's good enough for me! I put on muscle fast, but also fat at the same rate. My diet is not to 'bulk', but rather to put on lean muscle.

    i didnt mean that 1-ad sucks......i just meant that it gets expensive with 600mgs a day, the best deal ive seen on the web is 40 bucks for a bottle of 60. with 600mgs a day your gunna spend a shitload. and if it hurts when you piss dont you think you might be taking too much. you might as well do a real cycle......JMO though.

    The gains with 1-ad/4-ad are close to low dosages of AAS. I have actually had better gains stacking 1-test/1,4ad/4-ad than I did with test enanthate . I am not talking weight,but pure muscle.

    As of now I am up 2 pounds in week two w/ 1-test, 4-ad, 19nor. They may not sound like much, but my bodyfat has decreased by a couple of points. This means I am building muscle and burning fat at the same time.

    Hey guys, i am approaching the end of my 2nd week on my cycle and have noticed very little. My bodyfat has decreased by about 2%, and i look a tiny bit more vascular. My strength is about the same and so is my weight. Im thinking about getting off? Suggestions are appreciated
    P.s. diet is very good, getting about 250-290g of protein and about 4000 cal, but still no change?


    When do you think this stack will kick in?

    ok but do you think this cycle will kick in by the 3rd week. Im thinking about waiting until the end of the 3rd week, and if i dont see any changes by that time, then i will get off and do a real cycle. what you think?

    I should kickin when it is 3 and a half weeks in raise it to 600 and 1 g and try that for at least half of the fourth if nothing then quit what company made your 1ad and 4ad
