Cell tech is overpriced creatine, ala, and dextrose. Check out the post I made about making your own.
There is a good product out there called Trans-X. Its got 86 grams of dextrose and 17 grams of creatine a serving. Also has other amino'... glutamine,arganine
Celltech is overpriced, and yes you can make it your self. But it is still good stuff though. Better than plain creatine and water.

Fear.com, SciTec makes it. It has 12 grams of creatine per serving, glutamine, arginine, taurine, zma, and ribose in it.

So this Trans-x is better than phosphagen HP? I agree on the cell-tech a friend buys it but hes out of money now. If you look on the label of cell-tech under ingredients 50% will be ADVERTISING, At least it should be because that is what you are paying for.
Fruit punch is my favorite. Orange is OK. I agree dont get lemon. Ive never used phos. HP
No comparison. Daily dose for Phosphagen HP is 5 grams of creatine, for Trans-X you get 12 grams. I guess you could double up on the phosphagen HP but you still wouldn't get the added ingrediants that Trans-X contains.Quote:
