Popa....lol, my buddy ordered that stuff off my computer, took it per the directions and finished the whole bottle, said he didnt notice a thing except a little more energy, but not an increase in anything else (if ya know what i mean) he was wicked disappointed.......lol, and figured it to be all B.S., so we both agreed....... SCAM

my roomate last year tried them. He tried 3 different brands (don't remember, but if you list a few i could tell you which ones) for 4 months total. He said they didn't work at all.

The cheapest and best that I seen is THOR-Plex. I'm not sure it can make the root grow, but if any can it will. If not, it should do a hell of a lot for muscle and strength, considering the ingredients.
