eas shaker bottle

I must be an idiot I just got this shaker bottle with a large order of supps and it didn't come with directions. There is like a plastic screen thingy in there that does not remove easily. How are you supposed to use this thing?

the plastic screen comes out.... you might have to just push down on one end of it to get it or just pull on the tab.

the rest is easy

1)remove screen
2) dump in protein
3) add water
4) shake hard for about 30 secs

if you really have trouble with the screen stick a fork in it dont laugh but sometimes you need to just stick a fork in it and pry it out
