Supplement for energy??
I am looking for something that I can take before I workout so I can have some extra energy. Some days I go in the gym feeling great and can workout with high intensity. Then other days I just don't have the energy. My diet is the same and everything. I'm not really looking for something w/ ephedra but will use if that is all that is out there.
I'm also curious about the nutritional value of oatmeal raw. I usually just grind up raw oatmeal and mix it w/ my protein shake for a meal. Is it the same as cooked? I know eggs have a better nutritional value scrambled instead of raw. Basically just wanting to know if the label on the side of the box is the nutritional value of raw oatmeal.

Speed and lots of it. You won't be able to sit still once you take a bit.
I was just kidding incase you didn't know. Speed while working out is not good. I don't like rapid heartbeats.

Try injectable Vitamin B-12....that's the real secret (just kidding), but I've heard that shit virtually explodes you with energy.
