How important is it to take glutamine since I'm currently taking 10g's of creatine per day??? Will that improve my strength and weight gains?

L-Glutamine is not the type of supplement you take for weight/strength gains. It aids in recovery and immune function. There have been some studies to show an increase in GH while supplementing w/ it, but I would not expect miracles.

If you are bulking you probaly have enough in your diet. If you are cutting it may help preserve muscle.

check your protein source, most of the time it has enough glutamine(per 3 or 4 servings) to be sufficient...Pro Rated from ASN has 14g per serving
