    Cytogainer 6lb - evaluated - ***** 5 star rating.

    Cytogainer - got at allsportsnutrition - $29.70 / 6lb

    at 150g (+/- 2g)

    Other carbs: 78.5g
    Protein: 53.6g
    Sugars: 5g
    Fat: 6g
    Calories: 616

% of good stuff (protein and other carbs) = 96.4%

At $29.70 = you pay 1.17c per gram of good stuff (protein + other carbs)

with 96% ratio of good stuff and 1.17c per gram - so far the best mass gainer supplement

Gets the highest (5 stars) rating
    *****

PS - guys, let me know about other products you use - so, I'll evaluate their content against the $price you pay......

I have this one evaluated at a different price - I'll adjust the price and post in a different thread - it'd be easier to read.

    Loved it -

it has very little sugar in it, but it tasts sweet. - very similar to whey protein tast (you know, no sugar, but tasts sweet)

this is the first time I tried it (got it today) - it was cream and cookie. - it's very similar to french vanilla, but tastier. They have other flavors too.

Dissolves in a blender with no residue,

I few years ago I stacked up on 100% beef protein powder - I ended up throwing up. so, I developed this antipathy to powdered beef protein.

CNHG has beef protein and I can feel it with my stomach.

because of that I'd choose cyto over CNHG, tastewise.

I guess, when it comes to taste it's very individual.

The big thing on the muscle milk is the 8 grams of MCTs.The theory of medium chain tryglycerides is said to be that even with carbohydrates present in the body the body will burn MCTs thus sparing glycogen stores.
Rookiejay, I am with you on that Cytogainer, good stuff with low sugar.
