Hey guys, I have bought 120 pills of 1-AD and I've heard many good things about this. I am thinking about using 4-AD with it but I dont know alot about it. Chromium piconilate was just some free stuff I got that is supposed to burn fat and add in muscle. Lemme know your opinion on the chromium and if i should take 1-AD with 4-AD, and let me know if you got good results! thanks guys

Forget the Chromium.
The chromium is worthless as bigswole says. And I agree that 4-AD would be wise to use with 1-AD, however, 1-Test is a better choice than 1-AD. Next time go with Syngex I from VPX for an awesome stack of 1-Test and 4-AD.
