    Protein Sups

I have heard alot about N Large 2. This producxt has 28g of sugar per serving. What is the benefit of this product....versus...other protein sups, like Myoplex,. etc?

N Large is really a "weight gainer," not a protein supplement in the strictest sense. As a weight gainer N Large is an excellent product but if you want and MRP or just a protein there are far better choices.

but still man, theres no logic in crude weight gain
i.e. 10lbs of mass, where only 2lbs is muscle.

for this reason i eat ultra clean offseason too. because the fat is eventually gonna need to come offf.............
