Excess protein calories? What happens?
What happens to excess protein calories? With excess carbs I know it can turn to adipose tissue, and we all know about excess saturated fat, but what happens to protein?
Is it possible that there is a reverse process of glucogenisis where excess protein is converted to sugars and then stored as adipose tissues?
Or is it just excreted?
